Trump said key facilities, including the underground Fordo uranium enrichment site, had been "obliterated" by American B-2 bombers.

At least 60 people evacuated by the government from Iran, Israel and other Middle Eastern countries amid the heightened tensions in the region have safely landed in Jakarta in the past few days, with more expected to arrive in Indonesia in the coming days.

In a video distributed to Israeli media on the second day of a fragile ceasefire between the warring countries, Mossad chief David Barnea thanked his agents for their work making Israel "safer, more powerful and better prepared for the future". 

Speaking in The Hague where he attended a NATO summit on Wednesday, Trump said he did not see Iran again engaging in nuclear weapons development.

The decision still requires the approval of the Guardian Council, a body empowered to vet legislation.

The Israeli action killed at least 610 civilians and wounded more than 4,700, according to the Iranian health ministry. Iran's attacks on Israel have killed 28 people, according to official figures and rescuers.

Iran and Israel agreed a ceasefire on Tuesday ending 12 days of tit-for-tat strikes, after US President Donald Trump joined the conflict with bunker-busting bombs at the weekend that he said destroyed key Iranian nuclear sites.

Indonesian representatives in high-risk Middle Eastern countries have started circulating alert notices to diaspora communities outlining responses to possible escalations, including calls to start packing emergency rations and important documents.

"Israel. Do not drop those bombs. If you do it it is a major violation. Bring your pilots home, now!" Trump wrote on Truth Social shortly after he left the White House for a trip to a NATO summit in The Hague.

Iran denied violating the ceasefire. The armed forces general staff denied that there had been any launch of missiles towards Israel in recent hours, Iran's Nour News reported.

"Fourth salvo of missiles fired from Iran toward Israel," Iranian state media Irib posted on Telegram.

"I can confirm that Al Udeid Air Base was attacked by short-range and medium-range ballistic missiles originating from Iran today. At this time, there are no reports of US casualties," the official said.

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said revealing details of the Putin-Araghchi meeting would have been "irresponsible" and that Russia and Iran were working on "many directions" when asked if Tehran requested military aid from Russia. 

Any cessation in hostilities would come as a huge relief to world leaders frantic about an escalation in violence igniting into a wider conflagration.

Indonesia’s top security minister has urged all sides in the Middle East’s rapidly escalating conflict to “return to the negotiating table” and pursue a permanent resolution, following the United States’ strike on three Iranian nuclear sites on Sunday, while Indonesian diplomats raced to rescue citizens from danger zones.

While Putin has condemned the Israeli strikes, he has yet to comment on the US attacks on Iranian nuclear sites though he last week called for calm and offered Moscow's services as a mediator over the nuclear program.

Moscow is a crucial backer of Tehran, but has not swung forcefully behind its partner since Israel launched a wave of attacks on June 13, strikes that triggered Iran to respond with missiles and drones.

Rubio's comments on Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo" show came after Iran's Press TV reported that the Iranian parliament approved a measure to close the Strait of Hormuz, through which around 20 percent of global oil and gas flows.

Trump contested intelligence assessments relayed earlier this year by his spy chief that Tehran was not building a nuclear weapon.

Turkish defense company Aselsan offers an integrated air defense system consisting of its weapons, radars and sensors which are deployed in a layered arrangement.

Indonesian authorities evacuated 97 people from Iran and four more from Israel after previously announcing the activation of plans to evacuate Indonesian citizens from both countries amid further escalation between Iran and Israel.

"Congratulations President Trump. Your bold decision to target Iran's nuclear facilities with the awesome and righteous might of the United States will change history," Netanyahu said in a video address after Trump announced the US bombing of three Iranian facilities.

President Donald Trump said US air strikes on Sunday had "completely and totally obliterated" Iran's main nuclear enrichment facilities, and warned of more attacks to come if Tehran does not seek peace.

Aselsan looks forward to cooperation in the fields of communication systems, unmanned remote control weapons systems and precision guidance kits for possible local production in Indonesia. 

"We'll never allow America and its allies to be threatened with terrorism or nuclear attack," Trump told the crowd, sending a message to the leadership in Tehran.

Nearly 40 military aircraft -- including transport planes like the Hercules C-130 and reconnaissance aircraft -- were parked on the tarmac at the Al Udeid base on June 5, according to images published by Planet Labs PBC and analyzed by AFP.

Indonesian embassies are activating their contingency plan to evacuate Indonesian citizens via land from Iran and Israel, as commercial flights cannot land in both countries.

Trump's move to hit the pause button could open up space for diplomacy, after days of fevered questions about whether or not he would order US military action against Tehran.

A day after stopping short of announcing an evacuation order, the government issued the highest alert level for its citizens in Iran on Thursday, advising them to pack a bag of essential documents and emergency supplies and get in touch via official channels.
